Rich worked in the textile industry for 30 years. Due to the nature of this industry, Rich has relocated 14 times and has owned 22 homes along the East Coast. All of his relocations occurred very quickly and it was important that his houses would sell fast. He and his wife were able to ensure that quick sales always happened, due to his wife’s talent for interior decorating and his ability to find marketable houses.

Rich has rehabbed many homes, both for investments and for residences. If you are in the market, he will be more than happy to help you find the perfect fixer-upper (he many even help you lay some flooring)!

In 1992, Rich and his wife and youngest child relocated to York. In York, they have remained and built their lives. Rich’s wife is President of R.O.A.R!, an ovarian cancer awareness organization she founded. His daughter is an employee for the County and R.O.A.R!
